[Resolved]  Delhi Press Gujarati Grihshobha — Non receipt of Subscribed magazine

Dear Sir,

We have subscribed Grihshobha magazine in the month of Apr'09.

Subscription no. is S-140468.

I haven't received issue of July'09.

Inspite of our continuous followup and complaints through mail till date we have not received any feed back on above said issues.

Also the earlier 2 issues were delivered to our address at the end of the month, whereas the magazines on stand were available from 5th of every month.

This is the worst publication I ever come across as I am getting 3 magazines through subscriptions from various party. Seems they are not interested for the service to the customers.

Also I would like to register my legal complaint against this publication so send me detail procedure for the same.
