[Resolved]  Demand Draft made by SBI — Mistake in making of dd and then not hearing customer

I had to make a DD of Rs. 450 in favour of Secretary,Central Board of Secondary Education,Delhi payable at Delhi...I gave SBI accurate details but they printed it as CENTAL in place of Central and when I asked them to make correction,they are not ready to hear me and instead they are saying me to cancel this draft and make another one but obviously I will loose Rs. 130 by this procedure even though I didn't do any mistake in giving details....it was mistake of bank .Why i should pay for this...Branch is Istt of technology,BHU,Varanasi and the name of branch manager is S.K. Srivastava who is not ready to listen to my problem...
