Myself Dr.Prakash Chandorkar from Pune, Maharashtra has transfered Rs.20280/, (Rs.Twenty Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Only)to IDS Denmed Pvt.Ltd. ICICI Bank chamraj pet branch Bangalore A/C No.[protected] on 1Jun2009 from my ICICI Shivajinagar Pune A/C No.[protected], as per Proforma Invoice dated 28.05.09 for Implant reduction H/P 1:20 MFD.By ANTHOGYR FRANCE.
On 03 Jun 2009 I received telephone call from Trackon Courier Pune office that the parcel they received from your office in Bangalore has been confiscated by the Octroi Flying Squad Pune as the cover letter on the parcel mentioned that goods inside are worth Rs1000/(Rs.One thousand only), where as when octroi flying squad opened it they found original proforma invoice quoting parcel is worth Rs.20280/(Rs.Twenty Thousand Two Hundred Eighty Only).
Now they are demanding Rs.9000/as octroi as per their rule and they have opened a case against me for evasion of octroi.
Since then I am in contact every day with your Bombay office namely with Mr.Tarun Sarin and with Mr.Mannu through whom I placed order.I have contacted both of them on Bombay office landline as well as on their Mobile phones.Both of them have promised to help me but nothing concrete solution has come yet.
May I kindly request you to see the merit of the case and solve this problem and make arrangements to deliver the ordered goods to me at your earliest.
