Dear Sir,
After cancelation of licence of Ranchi Gas Service based at Piska More , Ranchi-5 ,
my connection has been transfered to Devi Gas Service, Kanke Road, Ranchi.
When i did go for next booking after 15 days of earlier delivery, they denied to book the no. and told me to come on completion of 21 days. While we have been booked
the same on completion of 15 in Ranchi Gas Service. So i would like to know that there are any rule of booking in 15 days or 21 days. Also i would like to share that the delivery man does not deliver the gas on door basis while they charge for home delivery. When i talked regarding the same , the authorised person told me that to take the cylinder to that point where the delivery man stands their auto.
You are requested to pls look into the same.
