[Resolved]  Dhingra Jardine Builders, California Country Sector 80 Faridabad, Haryana, India — PRE-LAUNCH MONEY COLLECTION SCAM

This is with reference to the booking amount of Rs. 4, 70,000/- (Rs. Four Lac seventy thousand only) that was collected by M/s Dhingra Jardine (Earlier Edcho Estates) towards booking of a 4BR flat having an area of 2000 Sq. Feet in September 2006 on a Pre-Launch basis.

The company has to date been unable to furnish a building schedule and when I have requested them to furnish the same before I pay up the next installments they have written to me that the money now stands forfeitted as I have been unable to meet the payment schedule that I have agreed to.

The interesting part is that I have NOT signed any paper or document with the company to date and they even did not provide the receipt for the initial payment till I had to write a letter to the company directors.

Due to poor and unsatisfactory progress of the project when I sent in repeated letters to the company to refund my initial deposit of Rs. 4,70,000/-. But the company has not bothered to respond or revert to the letters. Finally I sent them a letter on 28th October 2009 followed by a Legal Notice.

Post this they have sent a reply to the Legal Notice through their lawyers and said that all my claims are baseless and false and hence the money is forfeitted and I should withraw my Legal Notice.

Through this forum I would like to gather momentum against this fraudulent group that is cheating service class investors of its hard earned money and I solicit other customers who may have been cheated by this group to come together to strengthen our voice against their fradulent activities and malpractices and put up a case against these cheats in the honorable courts of India for justice due to us.

My suffering with dhingra jardine raised to an endless limit.
The people in this small rediculous dont have any professionalism at all whatsoever.
I was told that there is some karan who leads all the sales. I was horrified to see his manners and attitude.
There were lot of commitments and proposals, to my surprise they simply say: noway we never said that however we said it this way, complete opposite. Holy Christ . SImply Unbbelievible.
I dont understand what kind of big headache I got when I paid my first amount by checque in 08.
This guy karan and guys under him, UNBELIEVABLE. when I called him he dint picked my call 20 times and as I called from another number, he picked and disconnected as soon as he camet to know it is my voice.

They even threaten me so many times about cancellation of my flat.a and gave me so many last dates.
they even told me that we have a very good relation with high court and no body can any damn thing watsoevr.
when after 4 years they manage to complete 2 floors out ot 18, they claimed, they sent me a letter for money and asking for payment as after completion of 4 floors. and a very neat picture which is clearly showing 2 floors i.e. basement, groud floor<parking>, 1st and 2nd.
Can you believe this?
I ignored it and after 3 months i.e. now they have just completed 1 floor and asking for money as after 4 floors again.
now they claim that their plan have got changed and there is no basement and ground floor<parking> and residence starts at groud floor.
I have all the proofs with me.

There are so many more things,

I think these people are not at all good for innocent people like us.

I dont undersatnd the fate of people who invested in 06.


I request mr. Dhinga and Mr. Jardine, if they can have a meeting with me.

I have flat in Californai country. I visited the site and was amazed the way the construction is going on at the site. They have installed the RMC plant as well at the site. I visited there office in GK 2 where I happened to mention about the various complaints posted at this site the officials showed me the details of the people who have posted and I was surprised to see there payments details as well. I was updated the people who are making the allegations have not paid anything apart from the booking amounts and when the demand letters with interest were sent to them they came up with this new method.

I would request you all to kindly go to the office with the problem and I'm sure things would be solved upto the satisfaction. Its no use making such baseless allegation and mis guiding the people like us who have invested there hard earn money in the project.

Even I was planning to buy a a Duplex from Dhingra Jardine. Infact I was about to sign the Application form. But by luck just 1 hour before signing the Form I came across this site and the compalints. So I backed out. Infact the broker even tried to convince me that these are old issues and complaints and that issue has been resolved between builders and the complainers. But don't know what stopped me from signing the form and it is 7 months after that and I am still seeing these compalins pouring in...Thank God for saving me from the hands of such inhuman builders.
I am also looking to book a flat in Gloria project. Will be waiting for your un biased advise.

dear customers,
as rightly said the company seems fraud when they are unable to handover the flats on time, it is possible the company is using the money for its own benefits or the company has used the clients that is the people hardearned money for its own personal selfish interest.
i persume that the company is also not provinding adequate funds to the contructions companies which as a result the work progess is also slow
as a result we should alll hire a good lawyer against them after all every penny counts which is of our sweat and blood

For the information to all flat oweners of Nehar Par faridabad have now a registered body by the name GREATER FARIDABAD WELFARE ASSOCIATION. it has a strength of over1100 flat oweners of different projects. They have already taken slow development and builders related issues with top govt officials including CM of Haryna, DC, CA HUDA, DG TCP etc.

Dear All,
Now we have a forum for All problems related to Neharpar Faridabad problems. There is a association by name GREATER FARIDABAD WELFARE ASSOCIATION. It has more then 1100 flat oweners as members. They have taken very seriously problems related to builders as well as of builders with authorities including CM Haryana, DC Faridabad, CA HUDA, DG TPC Chandigarh. Results have also coming up. Some builders have already waived interest, unjustified demands etc. Progress of roads etc has also gained momentum. These people are in constant touch with the Govt. Authorities as well as builders. On 20th May there was a meeting under the chairmanship of DC faridabad. Rep. from Dhingra Jardine was present but nobody was there from plt holders side.
Please visit www.myfaridabad.in and register there and put your complaints in the forum. You will be called to put your case in the next meeting with builders in the presense of DC, DTCP etc and each builder has to give reply.
