How can you say that..i do't think so..i have purchased 3 plot from DHL but ido not have anyproblem with this group..

Maine september 2013 ko DHL infrabulls ke dewas se 12 km door imperial landmark mai 739000/_ ka plot liya tha... plot dete samay DHL ke executive Akhilesh gupta aur chairman fateh gupta ne jhoote Wade kare jaise ki 2 saal mai imperial landmark mai poora road banake denge, Japanese garden, gym, club house etc complete karke denge.. Maine 6.8 lakh ke kareeb rupye DHL ko pay kar diye.. 2.5 saal complete hone par bhi imperial landmark mai 25℅ kaam bhi nhi hua hai.. I wish to express my thoughts over DHL Infra Bulls International Company …
1.They are the most fake people in the real estate business with a completely black listed track record.
2.They have just made some agreements with small farmers who are not even being paid 20 % of the deal values and these guyz have fooled the entire public by heavy publicity and media coverage – the farmers wont let the registry happen and all the investors money will be drained in the water, since those agreements have been cancelled by farmers because of non receipt of payments from DHL Infra Bulls International .
3. Their project is under high tension line and it is not being allowed with residential permission.
4.They have also sold the 9 % reserved area for EWS – Economic Weaker section – which are being sold only to SC/ST people at the rate of guideline – and only the collectors have the power to allot them to the SC/ST .
5.The biggest lie which they people tell is about their office in DHL TOWERS ( The building in which their office is being situated ), actually this building is owned by Sethi Constructions – and the name of the building is MEGAPOLIS square.
6.They have even cheated one of their main partners and financers Mr.Suresh Diafode from Nagpur with many esteemed projects under his name.
7.I am working with them and the situation is so bad that they are not even being able to pay the salaries on time, even the office electricity, rent, maintenance, etc even for once on time.
8.These are typical mastermind farud people with a big fraud on their mind – so don’t be dazzled by their mass media publicity – they are eating the land owners and investors money and using it for their fame and publicity with an aim to being a public limited company and mint all the money .
9.There are several cases of cheating, fraud and abuse against the key working members and hence it not at all advisable to be a part of their highly publicized projects – if you see the ground reality – there is not even the total land available which investors will realize at the time of possession.
I was closely associated with this group for close to 2 years and could only realize their malice intentions when the farmers whos land they claim to purchase started to cancel the land agreements because of their failure to make payments to them .
The have eroded all the investor capital and cheated lot of small investors, its is best advisable to stop making payments for any further installments and save the balance amount- a penny saved is penny earned.
Very soon it may not come to a surprise when they will run over night and mint away all the money .bloody fraudsters
