Dear Sir,

i have left DHL LEMUIR LOGISTICS PVT LTD CO seven month back and i have sumbit my PF claim Form to DHL hr before seven month back but till date he has not sumbit my PFM Form i hav many times trying to catch on mail and phone but till date no respose his side i am very upset so pls look in this matter.

Dear sir, ,

My previous company DHL Lemour logistics india ltd has properly submitted my P.F. claim form to MALAD Kandavali Branch, Maharashtra
Bhavishya Nidhi Bhavan,
Plot No.222, Sector No.3,
Charkop Market, Charkop Poisar Road,
Kandivali (West), Mumbai - 400 067.
My company has submitted my form on 25th of April 2011. My p.f. no. is MH/42873/3486.but still is did not recd PF ammount.
kindly find attached acknowledge also.

hi, i left dhl long back... i have submitted my pf form in 2008 and after that i receieved a letter telling that i again need to fill the form 10c ...still now i have not calimed my pf ...every time i called DHL bangalore thy tell pf is processed in mumbai . so pl contact mumbai office.. pl let me know whom should i contact...i am not getting any proper response from DHL lemiur bangalore...
