[Resolved]  Dicon Interactive — Employees in this company has been badly harassed

Improper Training, Harassment, Over Training(Almost 12hrs) without any pay, Treating as salves & Assigning improper useless work. People working in the company are suffering a lot unable to Express their feelings. They feel that they are helpless. Company is playing with the employ's feature & carriers.

Dicon is playing with the employ's feature & carriers, spoiling entire carrier, The working time is almost 12 hrs everyone has to come ontime but every one have to go late, If it is late they will do pay cut, If they go late they wont give any compensation money what is the logic ? all the peoples who are all working over there no one is happy .They are torchering lot .. They are giving unrelated works to employees. Please treat this issue as an important

Dicon Interactive — Worst company

Employees are mentally harrassed and treated as slaves. No proper resources to work, no proper salaries or hikes. Pay cuts for invalid reasons. Do over hiring and terminate employees at any time. Working with Dicon is like being in a hell. Never prefer this company.
