The problem is identified PF No. is corrected and the matter is under consideration.
G.A. Digital Web World is Fraud in PF Contribution of their employees . Is it True ????
Obviously, After the complaint in high authority. The Company issue me New PF No. And now my PF balance is transfer in my PF A/C I can see it online only because when I want to withdraw my PF amount I submit My PF withdrawal documents by Speed Post to the company two times but the company is not submitting the same in EPF office. And With out company Seal and signature I can't withdraw or transfer my amount in my bank account. supporting documents are attached herewith.
It is a shame that such a big company and stooped so low!!!

This is to bring to your kind notice please that, since[protected] to[protected], I was the employee of G.A Digital Web World Pvt. Ltd. On contract basis for one year. The office address is address is, Plot No.#1, Hargobind Enclave, Vikas Marg Extention, New Delhi-110092, Phone[protected], 2277119, email Id: [protected]@hotmail.com, [protected]@hotmail.com, When my Contract is over of one year period I want to withdraw my PF from North Delhi PF office, I have applied many times for the same. But the Company is not forwarding my Pf withdrawal applications to PF Office of Laxmi Nagar. I had already tried many times.
You are requested to look in to the matter and do the needful so that I can receive my Provident Fund as early as possible. I will be highly obliged to you.
Please find attached herewith proofe of doucments which I sent to company.
