I have booked my GAS on last 10 days and note booking serial no from HP GAS Services.But Gas cylinder is not delivered till today date.Please help me .

I booked my gas on 14th sep, 2017 through online and also do the payment there.
But after 14 days still i do not received my gas cylinder and online status is showing cylinder is delivered.
