never go to this consultancy, and never give them ur Documents like mark sheet.

the 1st thing they will ask ur documents and they will keep and after joing u will get to know that they are not going to pay u for a month and after they will increase the time and they will not even pay u single paise. and when u want to leave the AYAPPAN (Heading the firm) will u RS 7000 for taking ur own documents, u have to pay money and get ur documents and no salary for ur work. that is haw the AYAPPAN earning money from the candidate. and he will tell u he is having contact with MP & MLAs.

And there is a HR called Sharanya his wife is will be there they both are only doing romance will tell u they were doing sm planning for collge placement, and going sm hing else.

never go to that firm still my frngds document is there he is asking for money.....and u guys tell me hw any one can give tht much money without any job..........

It's 100% TRUE.That MD CALLED Iyaapan is such a raskel.He has taken money from so many poor candidates specially outstation candidates for their own marksheet i.e RS 7000.He blackmail every candidate for their 12th marksheet.He never paid salary to any one and make every employee work free of cost for one month.The Police Commissioner should take some actions against such kind of fraud employers cheating the candidates on the basis of their 12TH MARKSHEET. Please take some action against him. He will give the xerox copy of offer letter.

, r.stupid ayyapan never believe this company(direction placement), the policy of the company, they take money from employee.they never pay a salary.how there business runs
1.recruiting 5-6 hr executive in every month.
2.they will shout on the employee like they are there servant.
3.they plan befiore taking an hr executive to the company, they will leave with in a month
4.there target will be to make 2 executive to leave there company
5.in a starting to hr executive tthey will show the carrot, in the sense that, they will increase the salary, going to provide an team
6.main thing before joining they will take ut 10th and 12th marksheet.
7.once they will force u to leave tehy will ask 7000rs for return back ur own certificate.
8.every month they make 50000(from there own employee, because they will force there employee to leave)
9.i think govt., crime brach, or consumer court should have to take an srict action on thiis cheatable, consultanvy

One of my friend paid 7000 to get back her certificate from them.

I don think Directions does like that..because before giving the offer letter, they explained clearly that i should submit my certificate and i can collect it while i get relieved from there. About the first month salary also they informed before accepting the offer. I am working with Directions for 2 months and so far i have not faced any problem.

Hi all. I have joined direction consultancy recently and i have quit also. I have experience previosly with another consulktancy also. I feel Direction consultancy is better than most of the other consukltancies because they taught me really what is a HR job. Most of the other cosultancies they select us and make us do other jobs, but here i learnt a lot about HR in Direction. They are giving good exposure also. But unfortunately i had to resign because i am relocating to another place. I served 30 days notice and got relieved.

I attended interview for Hr there but they rejected me as i said i cant submit my certificate.

Hi Freshers. I am one among those freshers who have been benefitted by direction. Generally i never believe in consultancies because they take money from candidates after placing them. This is the first time i saw a consultancy in kodambakkam, chennai where they gave very gud guidance to choose my career. Got placed in tcs through them and they dint ask me to pay a single paise also. So i recommend this consultancy to all freshers who are looking to strt their career in good concerns.

Hey guys. i too worked with direction for 6 months. It was in 2009. I got an opportunity to work as a hr in an mnc(One of their clients) because i was a good performer. I know Ayyappan sir and sharanya mam very well and they really helped me big time. And to my knowledge there is an option tat you can serve 30 days notice to get releaved. Y u ppl din follow that?. Any companhy will ask for notice period right? Im sure that i[censored] were doing yor job properly, noone will question you. May be you guys din try to understand your job or your employer tat time.

I am basically from Pune. I was new to chennai. One of my frend recommended Directions consultancy to me as i was in search of bpo job. I attended few interview but din get selected. I lost all my hope. but few hrs over there again called me to attend interview in allsec technologies. To my luck i got through. They were very helpful. Thanks.

If you want to get placed in MNCs as HR the right place to get trained is Direction. But you should be ready to work hard

How nicely this Direction placement consultancy is cheating.. All the good comments mentioned here are posted on may 29th and 30th. I wonder how come all these people can post comments on the same day. I think this was done by some inside people like Iyyappan or Sathya or Saranya. They opened accounts in different names and posted all the good comments in this forum. Even they don't tell their original names to any outsiders.

Dont believe this. This consultancy is really a No.1 fraud.

Hi my friend got placed at hcl some times ago. i heard direction gave free training in how to attend interview and communication training but when i came to your company HR said that im a reject when i asked for free training they said its stopped. can you help i need job.didnt believe in past comments in my college campus most of my friends got job through direction

thanks to the internet and this site ..brother its right that they r a kind of fraud company, , , thanks to GOD i am saved they have also..asked me to deposite 5000rs and they were not paying anything for the 1st month...i had a doubt as my father said that they may be fraud and i searched and found that this is really fraud company...i suggest not to join this company...

No 1 cheating b****es they are. If the work has to happen, they'll do whatever they want. I worked there and I gave 6 joinees in my first months. Those Stone minded people neva paid my salary. They'll neva pay u salary. Thank God, I got my 10 th certificate saying that am gonna apply for passport. neva walkin to that a****** company and spoil ur future. Beware of directions consultancy...

Never go to this, now they had change the trend, now he ll ask Rs.5000 as a security amt, as a refundable amt after three months, after working for 10-15 days, he ll create a pressure, after that u it self quit from that, , u cant get the money..this is real, and also they had change the name as Human Resources management services, , many of them lost their money, , plz dont go, , , , he never treat a Employee as a Employee, , he ll scold Wat ever the words coming from his mouth, ,

I also worked with this consultancy for 2 months. I achieved my target that was shooted to me.. But these fraudulents dint pay my salary . They made me work post business hours. That was really hectic since I was travelling from a very long distance. I also submitted my marksheet and I got it back saying that am gonna apply for Passport.I did not pay money for that. Mr.Iyyappan behaves as though he is from a royal background. But he gets money only from the targets that we achieve and from candidates who have submitted marksheets. Now I work with an MNC as HR(TAG).Am happy that I left Directions..So Beware guys.. Do not join this consultancy at any cost. They will spoil your future, your time, your money, your energy. You can never retain them back. Directions will no more direct anyone's future... Beware Directions.. Yo will be caught any time.

They are in the real means...
