My mom has taken two policies. One got completed in September 2015 and one in November 2015. Till today, she did not get the money. Some agents are saying that customer will get the money only after 12 months or months. Can you confirm, if anyone is getting money now? Is the company still running?

When start the business giving more attraction words, confidence. But when we are facing troubles looking reason to escape, how to get the solution, that is more important in our life. Please tell us really when we will get our money back. Day by day we are dying without any reason.

Am from krishnagiri district tamilnadu am one of the agent for DAL .my clients they have completed the schemes after submission all the documents on January month 2016 till the date no info for returning the money for our customers. From March 2016 all local higher staff for DAL were updating all wrong things and wrong information and there is negligent reasons updating on every day basis.
I have request to you this management if you are really some reading from Dal or its related company .kindly attn. pls take a look in this mater very seriously. Each and every day from morning 0600hrs to 2300hrs everyday more than 20cliants were blasting in front of my home on every day.am burning like without fire. Because of your unsympathetic reasons why should we need to suffer every day.
Kindly advice the below.
1. why the payments still not refunded as per your terms.
2. When you DAL earning the money you were arranging the meeting monthly once. Same thing why it’s not happening when your staff suffering with the public.
3. Need your advice immediately your management not aware what's happening in locally if anything goes wrong entire responsibility is yours. Hope you will understand.
