[Resolved]  diva station — Diva Railway station

Hi,
I like to inform you that Diva Station is only 14 minutes away from Thane station,
But it is highly under develop area in central Track,
Diva has No proper Road for Transportation for Thane end.
Poor drainage system.
Load shedding of about 8 hours a day.
No Police Chowki/station.
No Railway sky walk bridge.
Very poor water supply & supply time from 1.00 - 2.00 am.
I hereby would like to inform the Govt. of Maharashtra to look in to matter & arrange to develop the living condition & transportation system of Diva's peoples.

The end of humanility by government & builder.


There is no any railwal bridge which can help to connect outside of station, every weak 4 peoples lost his bueatiful life on track. Sometime fast train run from slow track without any intimation.


Very bad to say we leave near mumbai but no like to live human being.

Reasons,
No any projected residency by government.

Builder not build proper society with what was like to leave as a human.

Cant expect from politians, because they not capable in any view.

I was stay in diva b4 1 year. it's wherry poor & no any road service here. here is only one option was train. for comon man.also water & light problems. thies things are wherry disturbings & morning time wherry tuff for local train passanger. pls start train from diva to cst. because diva is no small city it was junction.

There is Load scheduling of 16 Hour.
There is no Police station.

Diva being a highly populated area, the ordinary requirement of a human such as water, drainage, electricity, etc has to be made available. Though the builders at diva are bluff masters, we expect our government and concerned officials to take appropriate actions aganist builders and to help out the residents/ investors. We strongly recommend to demolish ALL illegal construction and take appropriate action against such builders and if possible get justice to the residents and investors.

Please do something.

I am living in diva from last 1 year. I come to live here because I wanted to buy a property here so I decided to first live one rent for some months. After living on rent I felt thank god. I made right decision and didn’t buy property here.
Most of the buildings are built on land by filling debris in creek area.
Worse conditions in at Bedekar Nagar as Builder Bors. Sold one piece of land to many people. Those bros. become richer on public’s money .even those who got rooms from them don’t have proper documents Builders didn’t leave there ownership from those properties. As they can get back property from peoples to those who bought property. Other builders are also sold room in chawls and building in same manner so builders can get benefits of that in future.
Constructed buildings from them have just 20 to 30 year of life. Some of them can collapse any time. Builders also didn’t provide water connections Drainage system & electricity to rooms.

I do agree that almost all flats here are illegal. But as per my understanding investing in Diva today can prove as the most successful option tommorrow. The reason been the rates here are around Rs.[protected] depending on locality. The rates in Kalwa or Dombivili nearby is Rs. 8000 +. More than double I would say. Talking about Diva. This is a junction and falls on both the central line as well as the Diva - Vasai - Panvel line. This means it has a superb connectivity in terms of railways. There is work going on laying additional 5 & 6 railway line between Thane and diva so in near future there will be 6 lines from south mumbai till Diva. Also Govt has plan to improve connectivity with western suburbs of Mumbai particularly vasai virar. There is already tracks as I said on Diva Vasai line. So Govt have tp bring on trains only to make this line operational according to me this wont be a tough job. There are also plans that the proposed Mumbai Ahmedabad bullet train will find a station in Thane somewhere near Diva. This things you can check on Google also if you dont believe me. Thus diva has a great future. Talking about roads . It has direct road connectivity with Shilphata and Dombivili (just 5-10 mins drive) and thus with rest of Mumbai. Proposed Navi Mumbai Airport is minutes away. (Hardly 15 kms away as far as my knowledge goes) Though slowly even Govt is taking initiatives to develop the region. I have recently seen this news on Internet that TMC have passed a budget of crores of Rs to provide Diva with adequate water supply. There is now a police station opened in Diva. Things are improving. Planning is done to improve diva infrastructure into a city. And who knows someday there might come a news to legalise all the building in Diva as it was done in mulund and Ulhasnagar (The same problem was there in Ulhasnagar as it is now in Diva of legality of projects as far as my knowledge goes) Fingers crossed. Obviously there are more than 400, 000 people living in diva and where there is so many people living infrastructure, development, Govt initiative will come automatically though there might delay. But in near future I see this thing for sure. Obviously they cant leave so many peaople unheard. Diva will develop and this will have direct relation with property rates in Diva. It will multiply considering the current property rates. Atlast I also would like to state that you do your own research before investing in Diva. This were my views and it may be wrong also. Tc.

I like to inform you that Diva Station is only 14 minutes away from Thane station, But it is highly under develop area in central Track, Diva has No proper Road for Transportation for Thane end and it takes almost 1 hour to reach thane as compare with train will reach in 10-15 minute, poor drainage system, load shedding of about 8 hours a day, No Police Chowki/station, No Railway sky walk bridge, no water supply..People used to go umbra (next station to DIVA towards CST) and bring water in cans..many people died while bringing water through train.
In the morning peak hours trains are coming full from dombivali and kalyan, diva commuters are not possible to take fully rushed train..even they have only one option to get out of diva is to travel by train..

I hereby would like to inform the Govt. of Maharashtra to look in to matter arrange to develop the living condition transportation system of Diva's peoples. So at least they should lives the basic life.

As said by some people in this post, The road going to shill road from Diva(East) is very very very bad.
Many potholes, no tar, garbage and drainage problem. I would like to make government informed that if this would be the same condition in future lot of people will fell ill and get frustrated.

railway line is started developing but there is so garbage and drainage problem.there is no water atm facility near station.there is always very bad smell of toilet and all because of dirty washrooms, people dont use washrooms.road is full of potholes n garbage.auto take 30 to 40 minutes for which earlier auto takes only 10 minutes.
