I had worked with a company named Divine Polymer Products ltd in Kutch, i left the company on 05 january 08, and submitted my withdrawal forms to kandivali office through my company .But still i didnt get my amount. So give me my EPF status on my Email.

After two month one reply received from same office to send form No 3a at my residence address and at our Head office .But they are not looking to the matter. what is the legal action taken by me against my DIVINE POLYMER PRODUCTS LTD.
Pl sugguest on mail ID. I want clear my account as fast as posible.
