[Resolved]  Divya Bhaskar — Pre-paid subscription collected but newspaper not delivered since last 15 days

Pre-paid subscription collected but news paper not delivered since last 4 Months
Dear Consumer Grievance forum,
I have booked DNA news paper through an authorized representative of Divya Bhaskar Mr.Imran Khan (Mob No [protected]) from 10/2/11 to 9/2/12. The said executive came to my office and offered a pre-paid discounted subscription of DNA news paper. I have paid him INR 870 immediately and in turn he issued a yearly coupon booklet stating the news paper circulation shall be resumed from 10/2/11. Knowing the news paper is not coming since last 3 month, I have called him up and asked to resume ASAP..however from last 3month the circulation has been stopped. The mobile no of the executive came constantly switched off and hence in the meantime I called up to local divya bhasker office wherein I have been assured circulation resumption by the Divya Bhasker Circulation staff (Mr sanjay-[protected]).
Post 3 months, I am forced to compliant the same over the web for taking the necessary action..either to refund the money back or to resume the service in next 1 days.

dear sir,
the representative of our DB new paper visited my residence and offered a scheme and i changed my new paper and accepted the offer before a week. i accepted the offer and paid the sum and alloted the order booking and cashback coupon booklet, i already offered to change the newspaper from the first november.
on first november the old news paper continued i called to umeshbhai [protected] and he wrote my number of booklet 544255 for doing the needful.
today i also got the old new paper ... what to do ?????
is there no any arrangement made for this procedure now offering by your any of the department of such a large media.
what should i expect from you ????????????

Our news paper not received regularly. When we complain to distributor they say us" there is holly day in Divyabhaskar press and news paper not come from there. This is happen twice in a week, So please solve this and ans as soon as possible.
