Hello Executives,

I have some questions regarding DKT lands.

1. What is the full form of DKT?
2. If given to the poor for irrigation and if the porr are not utilizing the same, can we buy the agriculture lands.
3. What is the maximum acres of irrigation land can each person have?

*DKT patta No.8/- has been issued on 1977. The land was under our enjoyment till 1999. Later It has been illegally captured by other dkt patta No.11/- holder. Since, 1999/- we have been fighting for the same and made a regular follow-up regarding the issue. No officials took up the issue and resolved. We have made requests on every year and done the payments for survey. Nothing has been done. Finally, we have made a complaint regarding this to a District collector. He had referred the issue to MRO and asked to look into the issue. Notices have been issued for 3 times and It has been cancelled without prior notice. Revenue officials are not at all interested to survey our land, telling one or the other reason and keep cancelling the surveys. How to proceed with this.
