[Resolved]  DLF Ankur Vihar — Electricity problem

Hi,

I'm also planing to buy a residential plot in Ved Vihar. I've visited there twice and found that the construction work is in progress and according to the dealer the roads, light, water and other basic facilities will be full fledged within next one year. Is it so? can anyone tell me the current status.

Dear All,

Now a days, Electricity condition has improved in DLF Ankur vihar but still there are some more scope to improve.
Road conditions are still bad, only main road got some more stuff with concrete. Sewers main Pipeline laid down but not operational.

I am also staying in D block and have hope to get better aminities here.

I don't think so, there are any written complaints registered to GDA/ MLA till today.

I heard there are some RWA forms but not active today.

I am also the prospective buyer of a flat in DLF Ankur Vihar (near khajuri) and i have visited there 2 times to meet dealer.He has shown me flats in MM(madhya marg) road. The flats are ok some are not yet ready but my doubt is about condition of the locality : There i have not found any ATM machines, road is also not good. The dealer is assuring me that these facilities will be soon available in Ankur vihar. IS IT TRUE ? And please tell me that the this property is genuine or not..? i mean authorised or not ?

Tell me the valuable measures that i should consider before buying any property there. PLZ HELP

I am Vimal Singh planning to buy home in Ankur Vihar DLF in B block, I was ther on Sunday & like the home but my concern is all about road, safety, electricity school, hospital.

Are these things nearby & also is it a good deal as I am NOT planning to sell my home in future.
Toady is 23 Jan 2012; please suggest ASAP. I guess we all know how difficult it is to plan for your dream home specially when you are short in money...

I recently purchased a new build 2 bhk flat in DLF ankur vihar C Block and facing issue with the loan since the plan and construction is totally different. My Builder ask me to take loan from GIC housing finance company since they have some internal setting. If any one of you can do me a favor and suggest me to get my loan approved with any Govt Bank.

I recentely purchase flat in Dlf Ankur Vihar in B Block, as of now condition is not very good but things are changing day by day.

Hi, I also stay with my husband frm last 3 yrs in Ankur Vihar 'D' Block, initally stage was very bad due to electricity/ water problem's. Now it is far better for these 2 things.

But other 2 big problem which we all ladies are facing is wine shop front of the colony gate. Though it is a residence area & no wine shop can not be permitted to open the wine shop in residence area.We all ladies facing eve teasing/ bad comments all drunken person on road. Why can not all members in Ankur Vihar take a strong step. it will effect our childern also.

secondly, street light . Street light is their, but no light. Every eveing we ladies when we are coming back home it is very dangeserous situition to handle the darkenss with drukner people.

PLS THINK ABOUT ALSO FOR YR WIFE'S & CHILDERNS. ANDF HV A MEETING IN THIS SUNDAY MANDIR PREMISE & TAKE STRONG STEP.

I shift last month in ankur vihar in B-Block...what all i noticed in last 1 month:

1.) Electric problem is a big issue.. total light cut is App. 6 hours in a day & no fix schedule of light. it can cut any time.
2.) All severs are blocked & i don't know how we will survive there in coming rainy season.
3.) Roads are not in good condition.
4.) There are a wine shop on entry gate of ankur vihar & in evening time some people drunk there openly...

Apart from these ongoing issues everything is fine.

I had been visiting there for almost a month in search for a LIG flat. Didn't find any block in even moderate condition. DLF ankur Vihar and SLF ved vihar plots were sold out in 1985 and since last 27 years can't feel much developed. Other nearby areas like wazirabad and sant nagar plots were majorly sold out in[protected] and property rates are doubled the rate of ankur vihar and ved vihar. After being approved by GDA, One can only get 40% to 50% loan of the total property cost. According to private banks, these 2 areas come under negative areas and one can only get homeloan from nationalised banks. Compounding work has been stopped on new constructions and hence property will become non bankable in near future.
