[Resolved]  DLF Express Greens Gurgaon — Project Status

We, are finally getting physical possession on May 21st, 2015. Till the time we get Meters for electricity, the same will be provided by DLF through DG backup 'free' of cost! I am super excited to get my apartment!

DLF is a real cheater in Indian Real Estate. Time is not far that this company will vanish from good books of customers. They have cheated their investors in all their projects. No projects were delivered on time and with fraud of charging extra money. Please my earnest appeal to all resident and NRIs customers not to buy any properties from DLF in future. We have all suffered with trauma, bankruptcy for this fraud company.

DLF is a real fraud of Real Estate India. They have cheated their investors through all their projects by practicing unreasonable delays, charging extra money for common area increase and demanding undue money and not paying penalties. They have good connections with the big Govt offices in India, brokers, and also funding giants to do all forms of malpractices. It is better to buy properties from known small builders than this so called Fraud DLF. Time is not far this builder will disappear from good books of customers. Customers have gone bankrupt, mental agony with trauma, yet this cheater doesn't care. We appeal to all resident and NRI customers not to purchase any properties from DLF in future, such that this company gets locked up for good.

i visited the site 3 days back and The construction has totally stopped there and I feel it would take atleast 1 year more to get the project completed.
I am actually quite Unhappy with DLF on this regard
