[Resolved]  DLF Pramerica Life Insurance — Mis-selling of policy

Hello,

I want to draw your kind attention toward DLF Pramerica Life Insurance Company whoes Channel Partner "DVA Consultancy Service" Mis-selled me a Life Insurance Policy(Proposal No. AF[protected] by providing FALSE OFFERS. Till date I have never recd. the Policy Bond paper at my address.

I forwarded my complaint via email to "[protected]@dlfpramericalife.com" and other officers but did not recd. any positive response. Also I sent the attached scanned copy with my signature(Please go thru tmy complaint I sent to them) where I asked for the BENEFITS offer by DLF Agent or else return my POLICY PREMIUM WITH INTEREST (because my money was blocked with them from more than 3 months due to the false commitments). In addition to the complaint mentioned in the attachment, I came to know from DLF Pramerica Customer Care that the Policy is not Single Premium, I have to submit full premium amount for next 5 years (DLF agent told me that it was a Single Premium Policy)

I tried to solve the issue with the company myself and talked to more than 10 different people. Everytime they assured me of the positive result but now they have straight away denied to give my Policy premium with Interest.

I am writing this now because of high frustration given by DLF officers. Also I recd. a call from one of the Staff from DLF Pramerica(ph:[protected] dtd 03rd Dec 2010) who abused me on the call. When I asked his name he said he is Kiran's Boss and did not give his name. Also he said that now nobody in this world will able to help me on my complaint.

I have already spent my valuable time and hard earned money in order to get the right justice but these people are not at all bother about anything.

One of my friend suggested to send the complaint to Jaago Grahak Jaago and they are the only one who can help you. Sir, I have big expectation from you that you will help me getting my PREMIUM MONEY WITH INTEREST from such corrupt company who donot even know the meaning of CUSTOMER or Customer Services and give a lesson to such company.
