[Resolved] Doshi Brothers, Wadala, Bombay — No proper response from Gas agency | |
Dear Attendor, We are facing several issues with our gas supplier, they are as follows 1) If we give a number for getting a gas refill cylinder we do not get the deilvery till 3 to 4 days, after we call them for the status of delivery we get a answer today evening we will be receiving it then again they fail to send the gas cylinder, Next day when we call them we get answer that either they have delivered the cylinder or else they tell us that we have not applied only for getting cylinder . We are customer of HP gas from the past 23 years with Doshi Brothers but sorry to say from the past 1 year these problems are been observed regularly. 2)Our gas was leaking which we had informed to Doshi brothers via telephone But they turned up coming to our house after 3 days, Is gas leakage issue a minor issue that they feel that such customers should be attended after 3 days.Who takes responsibilities of our lives because of bad service given by our Gas agency . From the past 1 year these problems are been observed regularly. they never pick there phone and not give any answer . i also try on emergency service no. 12665 but here also i didnot get responce at all. pls help..
Every month, we are facing same problem.after booking refile, they are not delivery gas before 15 days.last 10 days, i am waiting for gas.but there is no play and phone is disconnect.

My booking was 28th of last month, they are not delivery gas till date, i am waiting for gas.but there is no replay and they wont lift the phone and is disconnected by them.

Can anyone will give me correct nos. of Doshi Brothers, Wadala to book a cylinder. I had booked cylinder online on 7/10/2010, still no response received from them. Doshi Brothers are not picking up phones, if rings nobody is lifting the phone, or all lines are busy, enganged... and so on. I am a Dharavi consumer, when contacted to Mr. Kumar (Dharavi dealer), he has no more dealer with Doshi Brothers. Now what will I do to get a cylinder. My online booking no. is 24. My consumer no. is 617176. Can you suggest me a procedure to transfer new agency to book a cylinder.

What do working mothers do?
Plus they do have moved from the station road. How do I contact them when there is no forwaring address.

Doshi Brothers — no proper response, irresponsibility
The above gas agency does not attend customer calls at any given time. It takes one full day of dialing for them to attend a call. Even the bookings made over internet are not attended upto 7 to 10 days. A totally callous and irresponsible behaviour with complete insensitivity towards customers. Even i[censored] visit their agency, the response is totally disgusting.
