We are residing at Rajesh foundation, Old SBI colony at West Tambaram(Nearby RTO office), Chennai-600045 . Doshi Builders(p)Ltd., is constructing around 500 houses next to our building. We have constructed our compound wall in the year 1996 itself. Three years back Doshi builders company constructed the toilets on our compound wall without our permission. And they have also constructed their entrance touching on our compound wall illegally.So they are not in a position to construct their compound wall. Now they are erecting two posts for installing three phase transformers. Even though we have objected this move vehemently, they have planned to install the transformers with the support of Mr. Munusamy Asst. Engineer West Tambaram. The transformer posts were erected nearby our compound wall. Our compound wall is very small and weak. Doshi builders have not constructed their compound wall so far. Asst. Engineer has taken the false measurement from our compound wall. Our contention is let them construct their compound wall and then take the measurement. These posts are erected nearby our bed rooms and the toilet. At the time of erecting the posts, the workmen were lookingh at our bed room and the bath room. Doshi builders got abundance of space in front of their building. So they could install their transformers in the sprawling area available in front of Doshi apartments. No action has been taken so far. All TNEB (West Tambaram) officials are supporting them.
