Dove Shampoo — Make my hair more damaged

I have been using Dove shampoo hair fall n conditioner since 2007. but at present i have bought new NOURISHING OIL CARE. now the problem is my hair became more damaged, dry, rough and split ended day by day... n hair fall also increased at severe level. This isn't not only my problem but my other family members are facing the same prob. Can you guide me now what should i do? Batch num of this shampoo bottle is Y1 B079. Please guide me..

What has happen to dove shampoo???????? M using it since last 3yrs and there were no problems but now since last 4-5mts (since i have purchased new bottle) my Hair are falling like anything...m really worried abt this and finally stopped using it. The company should check about this Bcoz lots of complaints r coming now. Hope to c a positive response from u all.

Dear sir so please check your products rupee 1.50 pouches some time use of orignal or some time duplicate so i will confused which as shampoo orignal and which of duplicate so please give me help
