Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar University — unfair practice by university

Hi
I m passed out from Dr bhim rao ambedkar university[formerly agra university] now university changed the rule that 5 years after passing out u will get ur degree certificate.but in european countries they will not give u visa i[censored] don't hav degree cerificate n other documents in original.
my company asking me to produce degree certificate.

please suggest wat to do

With due respect i want to state that i have pass out BA in 2005 from your university and i applied forr my graduation certificate on 20/07/2012 .my application no. is 29946.
please provide me infromation as soon as possible regarding my certificate as i donot get my certificate from your side yet .it has been more than 4 years.
