Hi,
This is to inform you that I am very unhappy to avail the services of Reliance data card .Lots of problem we are facing with this. The list of problem is given below:-
1)Services barged by the reliance without any prior information.
2)Always the services of Roming got disable by reliance, if roaming service not work than what is the benefit to avail the data card although we have LAN Connection in office.
3) Customer care service is rediculas they are not helpful anyway.
4) after payment of bill automatic not get activated, always reliance people wating for request from our side why?
5) The Roaming and Local services should be enable by default as soon as payment done but does’t happens like that.
I request you to please take action on this otherwise I think for another alternate, because it really made me crazy.
Everytime in a day I used to call customer care and the executive are not helpful to resolve the query. Was this information helpful? |
