[Resolved]  Dr.p.k.maheshwari — private practice,selling banned and sample medicine

Respected Sir
It is not possible me to talk to you at your office, but I am forwading all the complain via this mail, kindly consider my mail on ground of Photos and proof. I want to tell you the following details
1. Dr. P.K.Maheshwari , Neuro-physician ( Permanent faculty ) S.N.Medical college AGRA doing his private practice at 5,Jawahar Nagar Bye Pass Road Near Baluni Classes Agra BUT this is contempt of Allahabad high court decision.
2. He is also running medical store and neuro-diagnostic center with his spouse Mrs.Neetu Maheshwari.
3.He is doing his private practice with some jholajhap doctor at 5, Jawahar Nagar Agra.
4. He is selling samples and banned medicines with his house and his clinic.
5. He is installed EEG etc medical instruments in his house and doing testing of his patients..
6. In his medical store he is giving medicines only to his patients and Medicines related to Mirgi, Neuro problems as he is neurophysician.
7. His medical store is in residential colony and selling medicines( commercial activity) in residential colony.
8. He is giving medicines only to his patients(not to any others) when he seeing his patients i.e 1-2:00 pm to 4:00 to 5:00 pm means at college duty hours.
In this regard I am sending you the following proof in the attachments.
1. Bio data of Dr. P.K.Maheshwari as on site of S.N.Medical college AGRA.
2. Copy of form 21 which clearly shows that his wife is running medical store and neuro diagnostic centre ( as his husband is neuro physician in S.N Medical college agra).
3.Official letter from drug licencing authority AGRA(THOUGH he is not having qualified staff and only Dr.P.K.Maheshwari doing his private practice)
4.Copy of electricity bill in favor of Mrs. Neetu Maheshwari(using commercial connection this means neuro diagnostic centre is running by Dr.
P.K.Maheshwari though he is permanent faculty in S.N.Medical college agra and Hon allahabad high court banned the private practice.
5. He has taken a room on rent in same colony in Mr. Lalit's house for medical store and also keeping his banned and sample medicines there,
I am also sending you some photographs which shows all mentioned above.
1. Photo (with contact nos)in front of his house which clearly shows he is doing private practice and selling medicines to his patients.i.e.. ip1
2. Some patients sitting outside his clinic and his servent was rushing .i.e ip2
3. Name plate of Dr.P.K.Maheshwari neurophysician at his clinic 5-Jawahar nagar khandari bye pass road near heritage hospital AGRA. i.e. ip4

sir, I have given proof and hope that you will take strict action against him as he is playing with high court order and also playing with Govt. rules and regulations on ground of his power and money .
So sir take strict action against him regarding private pracice,running neuro diagnostic centre, selling banned and sample medicines from his house 5-Jawahar Nagar , near heritage hospital khandari bye pass road AGRA.
