Dr. Soura Pratim Ghosh — hiding income , not paying tax and beating his mother

This is a complain against a Doctor, his name Dr.SAURO PRATIM GHOSH.
he is a child specialist by profession. this person never treat his pateints properly, never goes for emergency and never takes any critical patients in hand even the patient is dieing for his help.
But till now this is nothing. He still practice well and pay taxes on only those income which he is getting from hospital or nursing homes but not from outdoors which he does maximum. He save all the moneys in his wife's name that is Sharmista Ghosh or (Sharmista Singho) as Fixed Deposit and joint Account. His wife is a House wife she does not have any earning mode. Dr. Ghosh does not show those saving to the Income tax department. Even keep lots of cash as black in his house at Sherampore, Hoogly District, chatra. He has an account on United Bank In Sherampore near station And the rest which are not shown to the Income Tax department are kept in the bank (Fixed Deposit and Saving) in chuchro at Hoogly District where his in-laws stay. He is saving Huge amount of tax is it legal? His PAN No. is AHGPG3469E and Date of Birth is[protected].
He lives near Pitti Chapa Khanna at Sherampore. Now his father is death , who is very ill treated by him and his wife and is in-laws. he is now doing the same to his mother and his wife is giving compainy to him to do the same to his mother. Recently he has beaten his mother so that his mother get agreed to sale the house and give him all the money.
