[Resolved]  Dream Homes Property Developer Chennai — Please verify before you buy

என் பெயர் THAMIMUN ANSARI. நான் ஒரு IT companyல் Design Engineer பதவியில் இருக்கிறேன். நான் april 2015 அன்று DREAM HOMES PROPERTY DEVELOPER PVT LTDல் வாலாஜாபாத் பஞ்சாயத் யூனியன், சின்னிவாக்கம் பஞ்சாயத்தில் சர்வே நெ.126ல் 600ச.அடிX3 ப்ளாட் புக் செய்தேன். Spot booking advance Rs.30000 செலுத்தினேன். மீதி பணம் செலுத்துவதற்கு முன், பத்திரத்தின் நகல் வாங்கி, EC பார்த்தேன். பத்திரம், EC, பட்டா அனைத்தும் தெலிவாக இருந்த காரணத்தால், Agreement அடிப்படையில், மீதி பணம் செலுத்த, அண்ணா நகரிலுள்ள அவர்களுடைய ஆஃபீஸ்கு, சென்றேன். ஆனால், Agreementல் குறிப்பிட்ட இடத்தின் உரிமையாளருக்கு பதில், சாஸ்திரி பாபு என்பவருடைய பெயர் இடம்பற்றிருந்தது. ஆதலால் நாங்கள் சாஸ்திரி பாபு பெயரில் பவர் உள்ளதா என விசாரித்ோம். அவர்களிடம் அந்த பவர் இல்லை. எனவே நாங்கள் மீதி பணம் கொடுக்கவில்லை.
நான் கொடுத்த advance தொகையை திருப்பி தருமாறு அவர்களிடம் கேட்டேன். ஆனால் அவர்கள் திருப்பி தரவில்லை. எனவே நான் online போலீஸ் complaint செய்தேன். ஒரு மாதம் கழிந்த பின்பு, அண்ணா நகர் K4 போலீஸ் stationல் இருந்து, என்னை அழைத்தார்கள். ஆனால், சம்பந்தப்பட்ட, DREAM HOMES PROPERTY DEVELOPER PVT LTDல் இருந்து யாரும் வரவில்லை. ஒரு வாரம் கழித்து, மீண்டும் என்னை போலீஸ் stationகு அழைத்தார்கள். சுமார் 2 மணி நேர காத்திருப்புக்கு பின் என்னை அழைத்து, எனது Bank A/C No. வாங்கி, நாங்கள் DREAM HOMES PROPERTY DEVELOPER PVT LTD, owner இடம் பேசிவிட்டோம், உங்கள் A/Cல் ஓரிரு நாட்களில் Amount Online transfer செய்துவிடுவதாக சொன்னார்கள்.
ஆனால், ஒரு வாரம் கடந்தும் எனது A/Cல் பணம் வாராததால், நான் சம்பந்தப்பட்ட போலீஸ் அதிகாரியை, போன்ல் தொடர்பு கொண்டு விசாரித்தேன். என்னுடைய தொடர்ச்சியான போன் அழைப்பால், அந்த போலீஸ் அதிகாரி, DREAM HOMES PROPERTY DEVELOPER PVT LTD, owner சாஸ்திரி பாபுவின் போன் No கொடுத்தார். நான் போன் செய்து எனது பணத்தை கேட்டபோது, நாளையே உங்கள் பணம் வந்து விடும், என்று கூறினார். ஆனால் பணம் வராத காரணத்தால், நான் மீண்டும் அந்த phone Noகு முயற்சி செய்தால், என் phone எடுக்க மறுக்கிறார்.
இதனால், இவர்களின் சுயரூபம் அறிய, Googleல் இவர்களை பற்றிய விவரங்களை சேகரித்தேன். DREAM HOMES PROPERTY DEVELOPER PVT LTD ல் நான் மட்டுமல்ல, இதுவரை பலபேர் ஏமாந்து உள்ளனர்.
என்னிடம் இவர்களிடம் நடத்திய Telephone conversation, Advance bill, மற்றும் பிற ஆதாரங்களும் உள்ளது.
இது போல் யாரும், இவரை நம்பி என்னை போன்று ஏமார வேண்டாம்.

I agree on the complaint about Dream house. In chennai also they have developed Phase I OMR avenue. I have booked a land and paid them advance for the documents. But on verification of the document it was not correct. I wanted to get back the money, but could not get back the money. Still the Promoter is not giving the money back. Please voice out if anybody has this problem.

I agree with you the promised me its a DC converted plot and later on after paying booking advance. I got the land papers after a week and to my shock when I checked it was panchayat approved sites. When I demanded for repayment of my booking advance the nor bother or never pick my calls.

Lets all fight for our money to be returned.

I agree on the complaint about Dream house. In chennai tambaram also they have developed . I have booked a land and paid them advance for the documents. Dream home property developers property documents are not clear and i had paid 17 lakhs for Tambaram Dakshin city layout. The property documents were not clear and upon repeated followup for returning the money which i had paid was not refunded. finally upon several visits and phone calls, he agreed to return the payment by issuing 6 cheques by part payment but all the cheques had bounced.please be careful with Sastri Babu so called Managing director, for the past 4 months i'm behind him for return of my money.

He is a pakka Cheat... stil cheating...what his family will suffer only GOD Knows. don't ever try to buy a plot from them and if the company calls you for the plots reply them immedtly with strong words and reject. They all like wild insects sucks blood from the common people.

i wont agree the above statement ...even i buyed a plot from mr. sasthiri babu, with a satisfied service.so public can buy the plots from dream homes without any hesitatng...

Hi all,

After series of search I identified a plot location with Dream homes property. Their initial approach, marketing dealing, hospitality was good.
1. I came to know that they have made plots in the minor property, I was stunned how could without a court order they can do so. They don't even have a court order instead they a have bank receipt which says the property amount was paid to the minor and their guardian. This was the suspect.
2. The two parent documents in the past was not a registered document instead it is a panchayat persons forged documents stating the property legality through settlement but without any document deed or registration.
3. Patta for the mother land was not in the name of the owner prior to the minors. The actual patta owner is unknown as per the document provided
4. The EC for the few years are missing which matches with the year as said in the panchayat forged document date.Repeatedly I asked for the EC for that year but no use on the same.

I don't want to mention the layout name but it was Mr. Sasthri babu who would be responsible since I interacted with him along with the marketing executive. My advance amount is still pending for their refund for the past 3 months. So pls make you mind away from Dream homes property at AK19, Anna nagar 11th main road Shanthi colony.

Online reviews are the best way to get rid of corruption and fraud. So pls do share your experience on any other products or services u faced.

I have booked in dream homes 50/50 dream city on August, 2010.
but it is marked as unsold in their website till now(fEB, 2014).
wHEN i TRIED TO CHECK WITH THEM, THEY ARE NOT AT ALL REACHABLE.
i WAS TOLD EARLIER THAT THEY HAVE SOLD THE ENTIRE PROJECT TO SOMEONE ELSE AND THAT THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROJECT ANYMORE.

Big Cheaters, I had given advance for plot and them withdraw the same, I had paid Rs.40000/- as advance when ask to return they deducted the commission of Rs.4000/- and issued a 2 month posted cheque. This Cheque has returned . Can any body tell me what action can be taken ? and how to proceed.

Hi Freinds, I have seen so many complaints about Dream Homes Property Developers. I have purchased tow plots in Mailam a few years back As we are not residing at TN, we did not have the chances to visit that place to see our property. But 2 years back we have taken a drive to see the property and it was a great shock. We could not identify out property not the signage board of Dream Homes Property Developers. We searched the whole place for more than 2 hours and returned back disappointed. We are still with hopes that our registered document at the Mailam panchayat office is legal and our property would be safe. We had paid Rs 3, 20, 000/-

If anyone has purchased plots at Mailam through Dream Homes Property Developers, kindly share your views and opinion.

I booked plot on April, 2013 and the same i Paid 1, 45000.Since 6 years i followed him but i never get money or plot.

Cheater shastri activities after getting money,

1.Two months later--Next month we will register.
2.one year later ---sorry for the delay i will appoint one employee to solve your issue.
3.two years later---as per current judgment registration cannot do after four months i can do.
4.three years later---he attend my call and replied tomorrow call me and after that he never attend.
5.four years later---I went his office and shouted, then he said tomorrow i will send my employee with six months agreement but it is also fake and not mentioned any date.
6.finally after six years i could not catch/reach him.

shastri " big cheater in the world" please dont buy any plot with them.

Such a fradulent person SHAASTRI BABOO and fradulent company. I just cant believe i fell prey for him not just once but twice.
Bought a piece of land in Tambaram back in 2013. I am still behind him to get patta for that land. He is still saying will get it for me. When i lost hope and started calling him on daily bases he blocked my number and not responding any more. I paid him more to get patta, .

Such a clever fraud. Please stay away from him and his company Dream Homes.
