I am Jaideep dhaiya a PGDM student with major in Finance from DSPSR. After joint-venture of Elements-Akademia & DSPSR started working shoulder to shoulder our knowledge & skills empowered and so had our expectations for the placement. The result but was not up to that satisfaction. I got placed in Axis Bank, Sales at CTC of 25K as assured by elements Akademia(Placement guarantee of 20K & Above) although I had expected much more.
