[Resolved]  DTC ROUTE NO-8 from BADARPUR TO NOIDA PHASE II — NON AVAILABILITY OF BUSES AT PROPER INTERVAL

DTC ROUTE NO-8 FROM BADARPUR TO NOIDA PHASE II
Bus No. 7506 badarpur to noida Phase - II

I request to the Driver on above Bus no.7506, for Sector 40 Stop, But he told me routely here is no stop, and no board of the sector -40, he carrying the on Aghapur stop.

This is regarding the irregular services of route no. 8 from Badarpur to Noida Phase II, the buses are not on time, the 2 or 3 buses come at the same time, In the morning there is no bus between 9:05 am to 9:50am that the peak hours for office going people then there are 2 buses at an interval of less than 5 min. Yesterday there was no bus from 6.:15pm to 6:50 pm then at the same time there were three buses at the same time. I am regularly using this route, this is the biggest problem, there should be proper checking about the bus timings. Now most of the * no. buses are only till sector 37. I request you that there should be more buses at least in the office hours between 9:00 am to 9:30 am at from6:00 to 6:30pm.

I was traveling on Route No. 8 DTC low floor green bus (Bus No.DL 1PC 7506 on 08.08-2012 evening. The bus was going towards Noida Phase 2 Around 7.00 PM the bus reached in Sector 40. I intimated the bus driver to stop the bus in my next stop of Sector -40 .The Driver didn't stop the bus at That stop which is in Chalera and Agahpur and said me at this stop no passenger rides . he not only stop the bus but he used the statement You are only one person . You'll get rid of bus at next stop. When I said Is this a rule of DTC. After that he used abusive language .Really I got surprised to here this kind of words from a DTC bus driver. Since all buses are stopping there, why this bloody driver refused to stop?. Therefore, I kindly request your goodness to look into the matter and take immediate necessary action against him.
