[Resolved]  DUKE FASHIONS INDIA LIMITED — FRAUD

i have purchace the membershiop of exotic time club tele force (india).they said that they have special offer for 4night5days holiday pakage for 5* or 4* hotels like tarika, park palaza mussoriee etc. i purchace that membership on 18/12/2008 from that day i am trying to call at exotic time club they said that your booking is in process frm the last 6 months they are not responding there is a girl who took the phone miss or mrs. kanika she is not able to confirm my booking last 6 months she said that give me the dates first time i give her 10.6.9 to 15.6.9 she told me i have no rooms on that dates then i give her 13.7.9 to 18.5.9 she again told me they have no rooms i give her another dates 13.8.09 to 22.8.2009 she again told me that they have no rooms. i am calling her frm last 6 months for booking they r not responding i asked to refund the money they are not responding on that Waiting for more than 8 months, i lost my patience today and thought to put a complaint against the Holiday Provider Organizations as they are big time thiefs miss kanika always said that Call You Back are three words you guys have been using since 6 months which have failed again & again.this company is big fraud
