We had paid an amount of 90 per syd as land cost and 550 per yard as development charges for a plot size of 121 sqd.
Amount paid in installments and thru cash and cheque and have original signed receipts from the builder.
The case is in supreme court by some plot holders and case has been decided.WP(C) 876/1996.
I just want to know that above paid are eligible / entitled for allotment or Not. Was this information helpful? |
