[Resolved]  E-ql Business Solutions Private Limited — Fraud with their employee

Hi All,


eql business solution ltd is a bad company. I am a ex employee of this company and work with them more than 2 years.

Below are the so many fraud done by the company his employee.

1. Take the PC from employee while joining and don't return back while leaving.
2. Take the original doc (mark sheet) from the employee and never return back.
3. Signing the bond and making the false commitment.
4. In market they have two many names eql business solution pvt ltd, Idol eqlsoft etc..
5. Showing many office across the india. Only one office and it is on rent.
6. Employee PF is not credited (No account is created for PF) but in salary slip company is deducting the PF.


This space is less about telling their false commitment to their client and employee
