I had ordered Shaldan Air Freshener (Lime-2 and Lemon-2) as per the website data. But the delivered items contained only 2 Qty of Shaldan Air Freshener (Lime-1 and Lemon-1) which is incomplete as per the ordered item on website (Should be Lime-2 and Lemon-2). On enquiry to the customer care, it was said that the details of the item mentioned on the website were incorrect and that correct quantity has been sent and the details have been updated on the website now. Based on this, the item having MRP of Rs 250 has been sold by the website at Rs 350.
Despite repeated reminders and followups, the website has been unable to resolve the issue. As a last resort, the complaint is being lodged so that other people may know of this fraudulent website and do not get trapped.
