[Resolved]  EDC machine(LIPMAN),(NURIT 8320) — MACHINE not working properly

I want to install one EDC machine at my Retail Mobile outlet.
Please assist.

I desire to connect nurit 8320 to P.C. I am using oxigen .

This is to inform you that our billing EDC machine is not working properly from last 6 month.
i also put complaint regarding the matter, but didnt get any response from your side.One of your executive come to my retail store to check the machine, but he was not able to do it properly.EDC machine is hanging more than 10 times a day, and after one transiction, machine is showing retry... close, my ten thousand two hendred twentyfive Rs. is bloock in the machine
I havent ever seen such a pathetic condition of your bank and your service.
So as a consumer i am requesting you to do some follow ups regarding the matter as i am facing alot of problems,
I am requesting once again please send ue executive to my store for this particular problem.
