Dear Sir,
One of my friend has taken eduactional loan of 2lacs, for pursuing his M.B.A course but imediately after 3-4 month of completion of his course, unfortunately he dies ( Natuaral daeth ), Application regarding information of his death has been iprovided to the concerned bank and it was already informed to them that condition of father is not so sound in paying the full amount so they have also requested the bank officials to settle the loan account by paying the affordable amount that is affordable to them.
Instead of having some mercy, officials are harassing parents for repaying the amount, as earlier during issuing loan they havent undertaken/cover the applicant with their insurence coverage but now they are forcing garduain to sign some documents.
Pleaes suggest what can be done in this case.
