[Resolved] Ee Eudd Vi Ghaziabad — No Bill Delivered | |
I am staying here in Shalimar Garden Ghaziabad and I never recieved a Electricity Bill delivered to my Home. It is always that I need to go to the office, stand in Queue and get the bill printed, and over that what I recieve that the bill is printed for much more meter reading than the original reading in my meter. How come this??? Well the answer is go and meet some other XYZ person and get it corrected. Is there a way they do root cause analysis of these type of mistakes, also what is the SLA (Service level agreement) of electricity department to get the queries resolved...This is very annoying. I think this monopoly of Govt departments and their lazy / late coming workers should be somehow scrutinized and if possible make electricity providers a private sector to compete with Govt dept and then we can see some improvement... I tried to convey this to [protected]@pvvnl.org (Electricity Dept) and their mailbox is full. Its seems no one checks those mails :) ... IRONY of our GOVT.

i am not satisfy for the electric department working, they all are corrupt,
i loudge a complaint on dt 9.4.09 of my electric meter contionusly sparking but still no action take by electric depatment

I am staying in Radhey Shyam Park, i also afraid with the situation like that. No one is taking pain and gov is paying for their not working. People are suffering though they are paying taxes to the government. Only god can help us.

This is third time that my meeter is not working previous six month and i am suffering very much with this problem the quality of meeter is very poor.

Dear Sir, I am Sanjeev Kumar.I live in Ghaziabad and I am bil paid to Pratap Vihar division Ghaziabad. Here Officers are no response of any quary. So, I hope you that You will be action of that type of officers
yes very true we are residing at Rajender Nagar sec 2 we are facing same problem just take a strict action against this lazy people otherwise we are force to lodge a complaint in ministry area or take some higher action.

Same thing with me residing at New Vijay Nagar Sec-9, G-Block, Ghaziabad what the bill due date is something different & when i go to pay the bill i have to pay panelty also why so pls- never coming to take reading
