Sir,
I am regular passanger through Mumbai BEST Buses from Andheri Main West Bus Depo to Jeevan Nagar about 3-4 km. I am under medical treatment. on[protected] I went to Andheri West bus depo, but I have no changes for the bus, I have only one 100 Rupee note. I went to BEST cash counter and ask them 100 rupee change, they refused and ask me to collect the change from any other bus conductors. I went several conductors, but not get me changes for 100 rupee note. I went to one of the officer of Andheri (W) and complainted but not get a positive reply. After that I walked through road and reached my office about 3-4 km. I previous years there was a counter for changes. Please advise them to open a counter for changes for passengers (patients, ladies, senior citizens and ohters). Please do the needful.

Dear Sir,
I have one Reliance Mobile No. [protected]. I am residing in Ambernath. On October 23, 2009 at about 5 P.M. Rs. 10.00 cut from my balance amount. After that (on October 23, 2009 - 10:30 p.m.) one message from "BAKWAS SERVICE" that your subscription to Bakwas Service has been renewed on 23/10/2009 for Rs. 10/- for ten days to un subscribe sms-unscribe-1624 to 155223. Then I unscribe the same. Sir, this was happened several times and the same complaints gave this complaint cell and no actions take. This really Pick-pocketing the customers and Reliance Mobile staff support the services, no meaning of this complaint cell. This is 3rd complaint like this.
Please open your eyes and take proper action.
