[Resolved]  ELECTROTHERM RENEWABLES — SOLAR HEATER TANK IS LEAKAGE

Dear Sir,
I purchased Solar Water heater from M/S Electrotherm Renewables on 04/01/2011. The warranty of the system is 01 year.

Within 3-4 months o[censored]sage I found that the water Tank supplied by manufacturer was leaking.

I telephonically complained to my supplier M/S RAAHI ENTERPRISE and the tank was replaced with a new one.

After a period of about 2-3 months of i.e.in the month of about July-2011,again tank started leaking.

I reported the problem to my supplier telephonically and subsequently by e-mail also and he (Mr.Badal Shah) along with company (M/S Eletrotherm Renewabe) engineer visited the location and assured to give proper solution with upgrade of proper tank material after consulting their R & D department.

Till date I am in contact with my supplier and following up with them but I have not received proper solution.

I am scared that they are delaying the issue intentionally so that the warranty period is over which just 2 months from now and then they can raise their hands.
