I received a mail on company behalf for recruitment for its new plant. And there has been asked to submit a sum of 15,200.

Please validate it is a legal offer or a fraud. I think this is a fraud because Maruti is a esteemed organization and it need not to ask for any security amount........

If this is a fraud, please make a prior attention on this matter as it is going to destroy your organizations reputation........

Hi i am Amit Rana, resident of SouthDelhi.I registered with Elite Hr Services for IT Job in October, 2011.They took Rs700/- as a consultation fees and they conducted my interview with two companies.Out of two companies, i got a job in One company(Nucleus Software) on 15thNov, 2011 and i joined Nucleus on 26thNov and I have completed more then 1month in that company and i am very happy now.Mr.Gaurav Tripathi is a very professional person and a Ex-Hr of one of the leading MNC.Their interview process is very simple and clear.They charge very nominal placement charges which everybody can easily afford that fees.They only take consultation fees in advance rest they take only after placement in two installments.
Getting interview call from a cell phone doesn't mean getting call from consultancy only not from company.Company Hr's these days use mobile phones to call candidates.So whatever has stated above on 22nd December comments, it's wrong and publishing negative comments about the good consultancy is not fair.

hii.. i have been also cheated by the gaurav tripathi of elite hr services.first he arrange meeting in hotel janpath with the excuse that his office is undergoing some renovation works.there he took rs 700 as a registration charge without any written commitment.he assures well for job in top IT companies bt at last i have got n a single job offer.he also conducts some fake interviews only to bluff students.

so plz frnds beware of this person and elite hr services.i have bee cheated and just dont want any other person to be the next victim of these cheater guys.

Elite Hr Services is fraud consultancy in IT they are not providing any job in IT.Mr .Gaurav Tripathi ([protected]) the Representative guy is fraud and cheater .he gives assurance about job in top most IT company like Polaris, , but all are fake so any one who get call from Gaurav or mail please not trust on it.their procedure is they provide telephonic call interview but actually call not come from company. they are from his gangster who fool peoples
i got fake call from them self and after when i called on his no then doesn't give any reply so please be careful from this guys.

Just stay out of anything to do with this guy GAURAV TRIPATHI from the so called ELITE HR SERVICE CONSULTANCY.He is a FRAUD and CHEATER.He took 6000 from me as security deposit and than
he disappeared.I think some serious actions should be taken against him so that there wont be any further innocent victims in future.He is still roaming around freely and continuing fooling people around.He should not get away with this.
