EMHAN Construction Noida — Refund of money

Hello Sir,
My Name is Shiv Prasad Tiwari. I am a salaried person working in Bank's Technology division in Bangalore. I belong to District Pratapgarh in UP.
In Oct, 2007. I was working in a IT company in Hyderabad. I booked for a 2 BHK flat from EMHAN construction. The detail of EMHAN:
EMHAN (Every Man has an Achieving Nature). DB2/202.203, 204. 3rd Floor, sector 18, Noida, UP.
The booking details

Receipt Number B113
Date: 23: Oct: 2007
Amount Paid: 1, 82, 500 (I Lakh 82 thousands and five hundreds only).

At the time of booking they promised that the project will start in March 08. The sample flats will be ready around same time.
We visited the construction site In March 08. Things were looking fine at that time. After this they had some issue to start the construction. This site construction was getting delayed and no reason or plan was informed to customers.
I called one representative (Name Anupam) in May and asked for reason for delay and expected date to get is start. He ensured on call this to start in June 08.
Meantime i went to USA and came back after 2 months and called company to check the status.
Then I came to know after calling so may people (as people from company have changed the contact information) that Owner of this company have murdered his family members and tried to commit suicide. Please find the link for details

After this, I was trying to call the other Builder in same company (Name Narendra Yadav). He was just giving me time to time to get details and get is resolved.
Finally we agreed to meet in Noida office in December 08. I went to Delhi in my hard time to meet him but Mr Narendra did not meet me telling he was away from City.
Then I contacted the broker (Mr R.B. Tiwari) about this. He asked me to wait till Jan 09.
I came back to Bangalore and again start calling Mr Tiwari in Feb and March more than 10 times. All the times he was just skipping the topic and asking me wait and watch to get the project start. I do not have any information about their plan. This is something they are always trying to hide from customer and do not respond.

I am completely fed up with their responses and the way they have taken my hard earned money away. I am in a big trap and not able to wait further. I am not able to plan anything else due to lack of trust in companies like this. Now I am completely not interested to have any deal with these people or company.
I need to get my money back.

I would certainly appreciate you help to get my money back. Please help to get my money back from them. Please let me know if you need any more information.
