[Resolved]  Emirates Post — Tracking of my parcel

Yes. I agree. I have experienced same problem. On 25th Jully 2010 I have sent 2 parcels to India: one to Ahmedabad (Gujrat) and one to Mumbai through Emirates Post Karama Main Post Office vide Tracking No. CP[protected]AE and CP[protected]AE. The first parcel reached Ahmedabad within 15 days but the other parcel sent to Mumbai still not deliverd. I checked with the Post Office in Dubai they simply answered that the parcel is held up at Indian Customs and so advised us to go to Mumbai Customs. Its strange to advise the customer to take roundsof Indian Customs instead of investigating the complaint at their end. Now almost 1 month 6 days. (dev.[protected]@gmail.com)- M. Dev

i had sent an parcel to bangalore india, two months before and it has not reached yet. reg no is CP[protected]AE ON DT 2462010. when i went to fujairah cpo they ansd me that it will reach within two months, but it is already more than two months. so please tell me what should i do. if any information cotact me on [protected].

we hd sent 2 parcels to Pakistan on 2nd October 2010 one box has been dilverd but the other one is still pending in the 1st box there were only a few clothes and in the 2nd one there were few expencive things like Electric room heater and Electric owen tht is still not yet delevrd to my mom
it was sent from Rashidya post office Dubai Receipt # was[protected] and the code was Cp[protected]ae
if one box has been reached there is no way for 2nd one to be stoped i dont think so it wil be dileverd
kindly do contact me if there is any prob tell me what happend to the parcel? why its not yet reached?

I want advice all the peop[le who send their parcel thru emirates post better you did not send any more by emirates post.even about your registered lettter if you go to ask what is the position about that. i ttell you frannkly they dnt know about that. if you ask more questions about that .. what is the answer///////////////???// MAA IREED GR GR GR ZIYADA... dnt want gr gr gr.that happening in ALAIN POST OFFICE. be cause they they treat us the same animals.they think we are verry down
better you send your parcels by cargo door to door/ or courrier services.

This query is in regard to tracking of shipment, my airway no is CP[protected]AE dispatched from Bur Dubai on 10th March 2011 for Kolkata by Emirates post.I was told that the parcel will reach my place in 22 days. its now 40 days.
Please let me know when will this reach To my place .

Hoping to get the status my shipment soon.

My self Somnath I made a parcel to India thru emirates post tracking number is *EW[protected]IN* on 03 DECEMBER. 2012 & today is 17TH DECEMBER. Its 14 days passed. But they didn't get yet. They need this urgently please find out about my parcel as soon as possible. I have night duty & in day I need to take rest that is why I could not call at customer care. Anyone using Emirates Post should know that this service is a joke. The Tracking system does not work and if you manage to talk to someone on their number, they tell you that you must submit another request for information on their website. Every ime you submit a requestor information, you receive an email saying " your request is completed" BUT they do not provide ANY information.
If you expect a Courier Service, DONOT. USE Emirates Post, use instead DHL or FEDEX or UPS, professional Companies with professional Tracking Systems and employees.

My tracking Number is Lost on the way and EPG has not given me any thing and I went there more than 20 times, every day they told me visit again. My very important ID and some original papers lost. I have to bear thousands of dollars and years of years to get duplicated from the issuing organizations in Pakistan

EPG dont care of any complaint as well and they have not even investigated where is my shipment
