I, Rajendra Vikram Kupperi, permanent resident of No 16 Ground Floor, Gokul Nagar, Doddakallasandra 2nd Stage, Kanakapura Main Road, Bangalore - 560062 presently living in United Kingdom has a 62x44 feet size plot at 3A Main Kuvvempu Nagar, Doddakallasandra 2nd stage, Kanakapura Main Road, Bangalore - 560062.
My complaint is against Mr. V K Prabhukumar, Proprieter & Managing Director, "Shivashankari Developers" full address is as under:

Mr V.K.Prabhu Kumar is constructing a 3 or 4 storey building for self at 3A Main, Kuvvempu Nagara, Doddakallasandra 2nd stage, Kanakapura main road, Bangalore - 560062 next to my vacant site mentioned above. He being a civil engineer and in claimed to be a constructor and developer with more than 15 years experience has voilated KMC Act 1976 Sec 276 to 322, Building By-laws of BBMP and all relevant Govt rules and regulations and ENCROACHED public road 9 to 12 width to the length of his plot more than 120 feet long. He is constructing without approval of BBMP with an utter disregard to all relevant Govt rules and regulations. He has encorached drainage and errected main gate to his house right in the middle across the road.
May I request COMMISSIONER BBMP to initiate suitable action to restore public road which is a Govt property meant for public use.

I want to raise a complaint Against Nandini Parlour Opened by Enchroching Public Road in Sunkadakatte, Pipeline Road next to BWSSB Wall, It is disturbing to residence of srinivasanagar and surrounding area by heavy traffic and accidents due to Nandini parlour in road, for this I have sent many complaint to BWSSB but no action as been taken against them due to political Recommendation, please take this as formal complaint and do the justice for the residence of Pipeline Road Sunkadakatte.
