[Resolved]  Engineers India Limited — Deactivation of TBS from mobile no.[protected]

I am surprised to receive sms 64611010 for the last four days and charging Rs.10/- per day on account o[censored]sing Text Based Services Subscription Service on airtel WAP. While I have neither applied nor I want to use the above services at all. I, therefore, request to kindly deactivate this service from my mobile immediately. I have also forwarded the same complain yesterday i.e. 13.1.2009 but still this service has not been deactivated so far. I also request Airtel customer helpline to wave off the amount charged to me.

Your confirmation in this regard will be appreciated.

EIL — deactive the service of TBS on Airtel WAP

For the last three days I am receiving sms from 64611010 and being charged Rs.10/- daily in respect of Text Based Services Subscription service on Airtel WAP for which I have neither applied nor want to use the same. You are requested to kindly deactivate the same service on my mobile no.[protected] immediately and confirm me the same on my mobile. Thanking you

I do not want to give good comments to this consumer complaint forum as they are unable to take action immediately against the complaints lodged in this forum. Yesterday, I forwarded my complaints through this forum but no proper action was taken so far.

WAP-TBS — Deactivation of WAP

Hi,

My cellphone is not compatible for the WAP services. Please deactivate imediately and adjust the subscription made by me in the bill.
