I had been releived from LNT mysore on April 14th 2010, my EPS withdrawl form was settled on March 31 st of 2011 By LNT accounts, still now i had not received any EPS.
My details are as bellow

Please let me know when is the amount subjected to settlement. Its been 20 month from i resigned from LNT

EPS — EPS from Dec2008 to Nov 2009 not received
My P.P.O.No: MH/BAN/54043 dated 26/02/2008.I have not received EPS from Dec 2008 to Nov 2009.For this period I have personally submitted to you the Life Certificate in October 2009.I was told by your officials that I will be getting the arrears along with Dec 2009 payments after submitting Life certificate in Nov 2009.Accordingly I have submitted the same.Unfortunately I have not received ARREARS.Request you look into the matter at the earliest.
