Hello, why is everyone posting this here? I also have purchased shares from 1994 and i am not sure how to get new shares. Will posting here help? I am a bit confused. Shouldn't everyone just call the company and see if they can issue new shares?

The said share is n physical form and I am in possession of the share certificate.Today, I had gone to ICICI bank to get it transferred to my demat account maintained with ICICI Direct. However, I was told that either the company has changed its name or new developments have taken place.

I was allotted 100 shares of JVSL with the Regd. Folio no. JVS0141008 on 15th April 1995 and subsequently on reorganisation, I was allotted further 4 shares on 28nd February 2005 vide Regd. Folio No. 0256008I would like to know the current status of my shares.

In addition, I would like to inform you on the change in my residential address. My new address is
Plot no. 105, 10th Main Road, Nolambur Phase I, Mogappair West, Chennai 600037.

As I have not got any dividend since then, I would like to hear from you on the above.
