[Resolved]  Era Landmark — BOOKING OF APARTMENTS IN SECTOR 104 WITHOUT LICENSE

Era landmark sector 104 benign fraud last one year. i got big loss invest in Era group. there is no license number in sector 104. i thought they get approve within one month but they are still some position and other think i invest in 2012 in sector 104 if they are not get any approval or they does not have any land in sector 104 than what will happen to costumer. as per company rules they will return money with 7.5% interest after 1.5 years but if you get only7.5% in 1.5 years than how you can buy other property in same place in same price which we had purchase in 1.5 years back. if some one help me to get out from this scam please let me know. i stuck my money in ERA. broker and builder both of gating profit to my money.i am still same position no house still dream...my mail id [protected]@yahoo.com

Dear Friends, It is to inform you that Era Landmarks Ltd has changed
its name to Adel Landmarks Ltd. So be aware of this fraud company. Only
name has changed not intention and people working there. Please do not
book any flat with this company. You will get only suffering.

ERA is also doing the same thing in sector 103 gurgaon also they over collected money from public and now not alloting flat to the customer.They have collected Rs 12 lacs but failed to allot the flat. Similar sufferer may contact me nikhil [protected]

Era did not even any land in sector 104 and no license . They fraudently pre launched a project in sector 104, gurgaon . I had invested 10 lacs in that . As of date i have not received the refund amount, the company failed to give the allotment the too . Even the refund cheques have started bouncing .

I am thinking to go legal on this as this only seems to be right recourse . Please guide me on how can i get my money back . If anybody has got the money back, kindly guide us on how can we get the money back . I shall be very much grateful to you .

I am also one of the sufferers of ERA (ADEL) Landmark Ltd. for their project in Cosmocity, Sector 103 Ph-III and Sector 104. They do not have any intention to come up with any construction and trying to liquidate the company. After lots of efforts we are able to gather a group of Grieved Customer and going to take a legal action against them.
