[Resolved]  Ernst & Young — Uncooperative nature of your team

Your courier boy came to my home for delivery at 12 noon. I saw the note on 1 PM on same day and called up the customer care no. Your contact Person Mrs Sandhya and her immediate boss some lady was totally uncooperative and refused to redeliver the document on my preferred timings. I just requested them to either ask the delivery person to deliver the same consignment today again or on any other weekday before 9 am or after 7 PM. But they simply refused to take down my request. This is highly un professional attitude and i don't think that by doing this you are providing value added service to the customer. I am making a point with this attitude, in future Blue dart will be last option that i will choose for me or for my organization for any courier work.

ernst & Young — International roaming not activated

Dear Sir,
I had requested airtel by calling their customer care services to activate international roaming. It has been two days still international roaming has not been activated. I am part of airtel gold segment customer and i expect certain baseline standards to be followed by Airtel. Kindly activate internation roaming facility as soon as possible because it has been great hindrance to by business without number for people to dial in.
