had taken one Fixed Deposit Scheme of ESCORT FINANCE LTD .. Receipt No. is XN15/CD05005043, A/C No XN15/0072086.which was matured on 19/08/2008. after matured date i had deposited my original fixed deposit certificates at corporate office of escort finance ltd.
After that I did constantly following up to get my refund back but they did not given me any satisfactory response.i make many contact (Escort Finance Ldt, Delhi) over phone from bilaspur to Delhi by STD and I had spent lots of money over phone calls and fax to Delhi office. I had also sent a letter and all the documents to Delhi office but till date I have not received my refund

EFL have ruined the lives of numer of people in Chandigarh also.They wound up their office in sector
34 in a night without any intimation to investors.Govt./RBI has not taken any action against EFL.My
daughter also purchased a FD of Rs10000 matured in 2007.No hesponse of registered letters.They
are comitting fraud under the roof of RBI.

Is there any hope of refund of our hard earned money. Is the regulatory bodies doing anything for recovery of the same. I'm a depositor from Dhanbad, submitted the original cetificate at the office at Shanti Bhawan, Bank More, Dhanbad-826001 on 30.08.2005 for maturity payment, but since then everybody is missing.
