[Resolved]  Escorts Finance Ltd — Non Refund of Maturity amount of FD

I have submitted FD receipts duly filled for refund of my FD no.XN15/CD05001728 & XN15/CD04003404 with the above co. But could not get my amount till date. I personally went to their New Delhi office, wrote several letters but could not get any reply. I am an old man of more than 70 years and have deposited my PF in their FD scheme. Now, at present I have no source of income for survival. I also wrote to the Hardship commitee of Escorts Finance Ltd. They also never replied.Maturity date of my FDs were[protected] and[protected] respectively.
