[Resolved]  ESIC Gurgaon / ESIC Card — not send my ESIC Card

Respected Sir,

My name is viks Saxena I have make a esic card my Insurance No-[protected] and Employer code no[protected] I am going to esic office for photo attach through camra for the month of Nov.2011 but I have not received ESIC Card till date my Esic Card .i am going to ESIC Office many times ( office Herohoda chowk and Raajiv chowk) but he can not give my card and not give me satisfaction answer.so please arrenge my card as soon as possible
